As financial advisors to the Trustee, Barry E. Mukamal assisted the Trustee in recovering additional assets for the Debtor’s estate as a result of forensic analysis; assisted in identifying assets transferred by the debtor to related parties prior to the filing of the bankruptcy petition; identified concealed income derived from closely-held alter-ego corporations, controlled by the Debtor. The analysis resulted in the Debtor’s voluntary settlement and turn-over of additional assets to the bankruptcy estate.
