Kapila was the Court appointed Examiner of this landmark real estate, historic resort to investigate the Debtor’s conduct, business transactions and, more specifically, the veracity of a proposed sale/acquisition transaction proposed by the joint efforts of the Debtor’s principal and the proposed acquirer. Based on the Examiner’s recommendations, the Court appointed a Chapter 11 Trustee.
